Yori Ludvigson, known as Big Lud, runs Big Lud’s BBQ in St. George with his wife Tiffany and their four daughters. He grew up on a family farm in Sterling, Utah. The official about page says the smoking started with a Little Chief bought with savings and pop-bottle returns, and that he put his first pig in the ground in 1997 while coaching football at North Sanpete High School.
