Ray Hibl owns and operates Park City Coffee Roaster in Park City with his twin brother Rob. They have roasted coffee there since 1997. They roast 20 to 25 lb batches in Park City.

The shop sells signature blends and single-origin estate coffees as whole bean or ground, including light, medium, dark, and decaf. An official blog post says the Kimball Junction cafe closed in March 2024.
