Noel Mickelson is the woman behind the cream at Berries-N-Cream. Her as a wife, mother of six, and the heart of Berries n Cream.

In 2011 she hitched a homemade metal trailer to her truck and sold berries and cream at Cache Valley events. After nine years she opened a storefront in Logan, then St. George. Cream comes from her family dairy farm in Idaho. Fruit is fresh daily, with no preservatives, and there is a dairy-free option. The North Logan shop is at 143 East 1600 North.
