Nicole Evans owns Elevated Grounds Coffee & Espresso in Lindon. Opened in 2016. She was a stay-at-home mom who liked watching baristas get to know regulars, so she opened her own shop and scheduled around school hours.
They serve organic Caffe Ibis coffee (organic, fair trade, and shade grown), espresso, chai, Italian sodas, and breakfast and lunch with gluten-free and vegan options. The shop is woman-owned and stocks other Utah products.
