Mersadies and Jeramy Reber founded The Fellas Barber Shop. Mersadies opened it in 2018 after working in a franchise men’s salon. She’s CEO. Jeramy runs marketing. They now have shops in nine Utah towns, from Spanish Fork and Springville to Logan and Cedar City.

The shops run haunted-house fundraisers, show up at Fiesta Days, donate backpacks, and give veterans and first responders a discount.

They’ve won Best of Utah Valley seven years in a row, plus Best of State and Best of Southern Utah.
