Maxim Morozoff owns Bon Bon Gelato & Ice Cream with Helena Morozoff. Helena and Max Morozoff as owners. In 2009 he began selling ice cream at Larry H. Miller Megaplex Theatres. The Bon Bon shop at Gateway Mall opened in summer 2013.

Max makes the ice cream and gelato himself. Artisan gelato and ice cream made in Salt Lake City, plus catering, wholesale, and Megaplex and arena counters. Signature flavor is Beehive Fantasy.
