Mark England runs Dolcetti Gelato with Kari England. They run the oldest gelato shop in Utah. It began in 2004 with three Italian ice carts.
The shop is now at 9th and 9th in Salt Lake City. They make gelato from scratch with real fruit, pure nuts and oils, and local milk, and they also serve macarons, pastries, tea, and espresso. The cabinet rotates through more than 150 flavors.
