Kelley Baker is a founder of Pink Elephant Coffee Roasters with Mitch Baker. They roast in Utah and give a portion of sales to local nonprofits that protect public lands.
The shop is mostly blue. Kelley and Mitch Baker took “pink elephants” from Jack London, the vivid moments that blur reality and imagination, and use it for a sunrise cup or a view that stops you. A portion of sales goes to Utah Open Lands, Sageland Collaborative, and RMEF. You can also drink it at their Mocha Cafe inside Ritual Chocolate at 2175 W 3000 S in Heber City.
