Keith Stubbs opened the Wiseguys Comedy room in Ogden in 2003. The club is on Historic 25th Street, in a block of late-1800s buildings packed with restaurants and shops.
You can catch stand-up with a cafe-style menu: pizza, sandwiches, nachos, desserts, Coke, and bottled beer. The room has hosted Joel McHale, Frank Caliendo, Bill Burr, Maria Bamford, Norm MacDonald, Marlon Wayans, Louie Anderson, and Caroline Rhea.
Wiseguys was established in 2001. Utah rooms now include the Gateway in Salt Lake City and Jordan Landing in West Jordan. The Gateway rooms are The Showroom, The Cabaret, and The Rickles Room at 190 South 400 West. The Showroom opened in 2014. It is a 300-seat room with American food and a full bar. Jordan Landing is at 3763 West Center Park Drive. The brand brings national comics through Utah and makes space for local talent.
