Jayson started J. Dawgs. In 2004 he pawned a Fender Telecaster to rebuild a small shack.
The shop serves all-natural dawgs, homemade family sauce, and locally baked buns daily. Menu items include Polish or beef dawgs, fries, and catering.
Shops are in Provo (858 N 700 E), Lehi, Spanish Fork, Orem, Salt Lake City, Midvale, Riverdale, and St. George, plus stadium concessions.
