Jaden Reardon owns and runs The Pub Spirits + Craft Kitchen in downtown Cedar City with Barry Orton. The dining room is at 86 West Center Street, in the historic district. Jaden’s own interview says they took over in May 2024, rebranded the room, added a spirits and cocktail program, and moved from counter service to full table service.

The kitchen is scratch-made elevated comfort food. Brunch is Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 2 pm. Dinner runs daily from 4 pm. Their site has a dedicated gluten-free page: they plan for celiac and gluten sensitivity, and they say they watch prep, sourcing, and cross-contamination (they do not claim a certified gluten-free kitchen). The bar lists handcrafted cocktails and zero-proof drinks.

There is a private dining room, catering that they will bring to weddings and corporate events, reservations online, and takeout or DoorDash delivery in Cedar City (about a 5-mile radius).
