David and Danielle Doty own Lehi Bakery. Arden Tuckett opened it on Lehi Main Street in 1969. The Tuckett family ran it for 49 years. The Dotys bought it in 2018 and kept the square donut.
The sign says “baking sweet memories.” Kids pick their own donut. People bring in a photo of a birthday cake and the bakery copies it. Regulars argue over the old-fashioned.
They rebuilt the original Main Street shop, added a drive-thru in Saratoga Springs, and opened a third location in Highland. Square donuts still sell out.
