Benjamin Deceuster owns Rainmaker All-Season Maintenance, a family landscaping company in St. George. His family moved to southern Utah, bought a landscape company, and has run it for six years. He talks about the shop as two things: customer service and communication.
In St. George, water is the job. Rainmaker does turf removal, artificial turf, and xeriscaping, and walks people through the rebate programs that pay for using less water. They design, install, and maintain landscapes for HOAs and commercial properties.
Most new work comes from people who already hired them, or from referrals. They list a 99% client retention rate.
